Billing Terms and Conditions
Binding billing standards governing order invoicing, payment authorization, tax assessment, promotional adjustments, and customer account records on Os Gear.
Scope of Billing Agreement
These Billing Terms and Conditions govern all financial transactions conducted through Os Gear (osgearss.com) and form an integral part of our general Terms and Conditions. By placing an order through our online checkout system, the customer represents and warrants that they are at least twenty one years of age, legally authorized to use the selected payment instrument, and providing truthful billing and delivery information.
Every order placed on Os Gear constitutes an explicit authorization for our billing system or designated payment processor to charge the exact Order Total displayed on the checkout summary screen. Os Gear operates strictly on a single purchase basis and never enrolls customers in automatic recurring subscriptions, trial rebills, or undisclosed membership programs.
Invoice Generation and Order Receipts
Immediately upon submitting an order, our system generates a detailed digital invoice containing your unique Order ID, date of transaction, itemized product names, quantities, unit prices in United States Dollars, applied discounts, shipping method cost, applicable taxes, and selected payment method. A copy of this invoice is transmitted to your checkout email address and stored permanently inside your My Account order history for your financial records.
If you select an offline or manual transfer payment method such as Zelle, ACH bank wire, or cryptocurrency, your digital invoice displays the payment window during which your inventory is reserved. Once our accounting team verifies receipt of funds, a second paid invoice confirmation is emailed to you and your order is released to warehouse packing.
Sales Tax and Regulatory Assessments
Product prices listed on catalog and product pages do not include state or local sales tax. Where required by applicable United States state tax regulations, sales tax is calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination shipping address and the current statutory rate for that jurisdiction. Customers with valid state resale or tax exemption documentation may contact our billing department prior to ordering to have verified exemption credentials applied to their account profile.
Order Modifications, Cancellations, and Overpayments
If you wish to modify the quantity of an item, add a forgotten compound, or cancel an order before shipment, contact our billing support desk immediately with your Order ID. When an unshipped order is canceled or reduced in total value, any captured overpayment is refunded to the original payment method within two to four business days. If a customer inadvertently sends an overpayment via bank transfer or cryptocurrency, our accounting team can either refund the excess balance or apply it as an instant credit toward additional merchandise according to the customer preference.
Payment Verification and Security Reviews
To safeguard both customers and our store against unauthorized payment activity, every transaction undergoes automated billing verification. When an order exceeds standard residential volume or specifies a shipping destination in a different state from the billing address, our billing team may request a simple one time confirmation from the account holder prior to releasing the parcel. Customers are never asked to disclose confidential banking passwords or full card numbers during verification.
Billing Support and Dispute Prevention
Os Gear maintains a transparent, responsive billing support desk in Houston, Texas to assist customers with invoice copies, payment status checks, refund tracking, and receipt documentation. Customers agree to contact our billing team at info@osgearss.com or info@osgearss.com to resolve any billing question, missing parcel claim, or refund request prior to initiating a bank chargeback. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback on a delivered order violates these Billing Terms and results in permanent account restriction and submission of full delivery and signature records to the payment institution.
