How to Check Your Store Credit Balance on Os Gear
Os Gear Store Credit allows registered customers to use credits earned from cashback promotions, $100 Free Store Credit touchdown rewards, price match adjustments, or order credits toward any new purchase on our website. You can view your current available Store Credit balance at any time by logging into your registered Os Gear account and visiting your account profile / cashback section under My Account.
Step by Step Instructions to Use Your Store Credit at Checkout
Follow these exact steps when placing a new order using your available Os Gear Store Credit balance:
STEP 1 – ADD PRODUCTS TO YOUR CART
Make sure you are logged in to your Os Gear customer account. Browse our catalog across any US Domestic or International warehouse, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your shopping cart. Note that your order total should generally meet or exceed your available Store Credit amount (or if your order total is higher than your Store Credit, the remaining balance can be settled with your chosen payment method).
STEP 2 – CLICK ON “GO TO CHECKOUT”
Once all desired products are in your shopping cart, open your Cart page or mini cart dropdown and click the “Go To Checkout” / “Proceed to Checkout” button to begin the checkout process.
STEP 3 – FILL OUT YOUR ADDRESS, SHIPPING METHOD & PAYMENT METHOD
On the checkout screen, fill out or select your delivery Address, confirm your Shipping Method, and select STORE CREDIT (or your preferred payment method for any remaining balance) under the Payment Methods section, then proceed to review your order summary.
STEP 4 – APPLY STORE CREDIT UNDER “ORDER TOTAL”
Look under the “Order Total” and payment summary section on the right side of the checkout screen and select the STORE CREDIT option (or note your Store Credit balance redemption in the Order Notes box). Our system applies your available Store Credit balance directly toward your Order Total dollar for dollar ($1.00 Store Credit = $1.00 USD).
STEP 5 – CLICK “CONFIRM ORDER” / “PLACE ORDER”
Double check your shipping details and order summary, check the terms and conditions box, and click “Confirm Order” / “Place Order” to finalize your purchase. Your order confirmation will display on screen and be sent to your email address immediately. If you have any questions about your cashback or Store Credit balance, please open a ticket with our Billing Department.
Store Credit Order Total Rules, Cashback Rewards, and Support
When redeeming your Os Gear Store Credit at checkout, please keep in mind that your order total must generally meet or exceed your Store Credit amount (or go slightly over by up to approximately ten dollars if redeeming a fixed voucher, with any remaining balance settled via your selected payment method). Customers earn Store Credit automatically during sitewide cashback promotions, through our $100 Free Store Credit touchdown and forum review rewards, and whenever our Billing Department issues an instant credit adjustment for an overpayment or out of stock item. Your available Store Credit balance is always visible inside your account profile under My Account, and our support team is available twenty four hours a day via ticket if you need assistance applying your Store Credit to a new order.
